It's Shiksha Jain here, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to my very first blog post. If you're reading this, I'm assuming you have some interest in golf or perhaps you're just curious about the person behind the name. Either way, I'm glad you're here.
A Little About Me: At 12, some might say I'm quite young to be diving deep into the intricate world of golf, but I believe passion knows no age. Golf isn't just a sport for me; it's a part of who I am. Holding the club, aiming for that perfect shot, feeling the turf under my shoes - it’s a world I resonate with. I currently rank among the top 3 junior golfers in India, a feat I'm incredibly proud of, but this journey has only just begun.
Why Golf?: Often, people ask me, "Why golf?" The answer is simple: Golf chose me. Every sport has its charm, but there's something about the discipline, precision, and strategy in golf that called out to me. Plus, there's nothing quite like the feeling of achieving a perfect swing or the sound of the ball dropping into the hole.
My Inspirations: Every journey has its guiding stars. For me, it's been the legendary golfers whose stories instilled in me the belief that with determination, there's no dream too big. But more than anyone, it's my family, coaches, and well-wishers who've been my unwavering support system.
What's Next?: While accolades and ranks are heartening, my true goal is to keep learning and growing. With every game, there's a new lesson, a new challenge, and a new story. And through this blog, I hope to share all of those experiences with you. I'll be discussing tournaments, practice sessions, challenges, victories, and everything in between.
